 Short term rentals are available, but they are subject to petition and subject to availability.
Long term rentals, Call!!!
A 130 € /week booking deposit is necessary to guarantee the property when you make the reservation. It´s non refundable if you cancel and the balance is to be paid 6 weeks before your vacation.
You will pay a 130 € security deposit-with the remaining balance.
This will be returned 2 weeks after an inspection by the owner.
Small breakages can be replaced with similar articles for example: glasses, plates, windows....
A cleaning service fee of 65 € will be added to your final bill.
